Privacy

When you join the server, FiveM gives it your Cfx.re account id and licence, and your Discord and Steam ids if those are open. They are stored to tell accounts apart, to keep bans and purchases with the right person, and for nothing else. They are shown to staff only.

The game stores your characters, their statistics, inventory, positions and the events they take part in (kills, deaths, missions). Character names and statistics are public on this site.

Logging in here with Discord gives this site your Discord id only. The session is a cookie that holds your account id and name.

Email (optional). You may give an email address, in game or here, for news of the server and, when you have been away a while, a present for your survivor. Only for players of 16 or over. It is used for nothing else and given to nobody, except the mail service that delivers it. You first get one mail with a confirmation link; nothing more is sent until you follow it. We keep a record of when and where (game or website) you gave the address and under which wording, and when you confirmed it. Every mail has an unsubscribe link, and My account can unsubscribe or remove the address at any time; an address that unsubscribed is kept only so that it is not mailed again, until you remove it.

Purchases are handled by Tebex under its own terms; this site stores what was bought and when it was delivered.

To have your data deleted, write to the address in the footer with your character name. Bans are kept as identifiers for as long as they last.
